Lightly grilled, marinated eggplant and peppers enhanced with the flavors of feta cheese, capers and pine nuts enveloped in puff pastry. Finished with a drizzling of balsamic vinegar to create this delightful Mediterranean specialty. (.80 oz. each)

Cooking instructions
Convection Oven - From frozen, in a pre-heated oven bake at 350 degrees for 4-6 minutes or until done. Conventional Oven - Preheat oven to 400 degrees. From frozen, bake 15 - 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cooking times vary based on oven. Do not microwave.
